To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, all skincare products purchased from Lux MedSpa Brickell are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped.

Exceptions — Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at info@luxmedspabrickell.com within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving it. Your notification must include:
- Clear photographs of the damaged product(s)
- Pictures of the outer packaging showing the shipping label and visible damage
Upon receipt and review of the evidence, Lux MedSpa Brickell may offer a replacement or refund, at its sole discretion. Customers must report the incident immediately if damage or loss is determined to have been caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). Resolution will be determined after coordination with the delivery company, and Lux MedSpa Brickell reserves the right to approve or deny replacements or refunds based on the shipping carrier’s investigation.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Fees
A flat shipping and handling fee of $12.00 is applied per order. Orders of $100.00 or more ship FREE within the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow 7 to 10 business days after your order has been processed and confirmed for shipping. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Public health emergencies
- Other events beyond our control
Lux MedSpa Brickell is not responsible for delays once the product has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

How do I choose a COSMEDIX cleanser or skincare product?
Start with your current skincare routine, the product's ingredients, and its directions for use. COSMEDIX Benefit Clean is a gel cleanser, while COSMEDIX Purity Solution is an oil-based cleanser. What is the LUX Pore Cleansing System?
The LUX Pore Cleansing System is a handheld at-home facial device with a silicone cleansing surface, warm and cool modes, and red and blue LED settings. Follow the device's instructions and safety guidance. It is intended to complement a skincare routine, not replace professional facial care.
Who curates the Shop, and are these products used at the spa?
The collection is curated by Alan Araujo, founder of LUX MedSpa Brickell. It reflects the spa's approach to thoughtful, barrier-conscious skincare. Are all COSMEDIX products vegan or suitable for every skin type?
Do not assume that every product has the same ingredients or is appropriate for every skin type. Review each product's ingredient list, packaging and directions, especially if you have sensitivities or specific vegan preferences. Shipping & Pickup
How much does standard shipping cost?
Our standard U.S. shipping method is $3 per order plus $9 per physical item . For example, one item has a standard shipping charge of $12 before any applicable free-shipping discount. The final charge is shown at checkout for eligible destinations.
Is standard shipping free on orders of $100 or more?
Yes. Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more receive an automatic free-standard-shipping discount to supported U.S. destinations. No coupon code is needed. Checkout confirms eligibility and the final shipping amount.
Does LUX MedSpa Brickell ship internationally?
No. Our physical-product shipping options are intended for supported addresses within the United States . We do not currently offer international shipping. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available.
Why does shipping show "TBD" at checkout?
"TBD" means the shipping amount has not yet been determined. Enter your complete delivery address, then review the available shipping methods, any discounts and the final order total before paying.
How long does delivery take?

Can I pick up an online order at your Miami spa?
Yes. In-store pickup is free for eligible products when Store Pickup is available at checkout. Wait for the order-ready email before coming to LUX MedSpa Brickell, 805 South Miami Avenue, 9th Floor, Miami, FL 33130 , inside SLS LUX Hotel.
Checkout, Final Sale & Support
How is sales tax calculated on Shop orders?
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the product and the relevant shipping or pickup destination. Tax amounts may differ by product and location. Review the final tax and order total before paying.
Can I return skincare products, cosmetics or facial devices?
All skincare products, cosmetics and facial devices are FINAL SALE once shipped or collected. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, product selection or dissatisfaction, whether the product is unopened, opened or used . We do not offer a trial period or satisfaction-based returns. Damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders are handled separately under our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
What if my order is damaged, incorrect or not delivered?
For a damaged delivery, email info@luxmedspabrickell.com within 7 calendar days of receipt, with your order number and photos of the product and outer packaging, including the shipping label when available. For an incorrect or undelivered order, send your order number and a description of the issue. These cases are reviewed under our Terms & Conditions and applicable law; they are not change-of-mind returns.
