How can I book or cancel an appointment? +
You can book our custom facials or massages via our online portal. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid fees.
Are your Gift Cards refundable? +
Our Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
