Where exactly are you located?
805 S Miami Ave, 9th Floor, inside the SLS LUX Hotel in Brickell, Miami. Use the Residential entrance, inform concierge, and take elevators to Level 9. Valet validation available.
Is the spa accessible?
Yes. Elevator access, spacious treatment rooms, and assistance available. Please request accommodations at booking.

Do you offer massages and couples massage?
Yes. We provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Lymphatic Drainage massage, plus a serene Couples Massage Suite for shared experiences.

Massages start at $209 (Swedish). Every visit includes boutique spa amenities and a complimentary beverage.
What is lymphatic drainage massage?

What makes your facials unique?
Every facial (from $279) includes a full HydraFacial®, AI skin analysis, lymphatic sculpting, and premium clean formulas. Explore our facials.
Do you have facials for men?
Yes. Custom treatments address oil control, razor sensitivity, and ingrown hairs — ideal for men’s skincare needs.
Microneedling & Ultraformer
How much does microneedling cost?
Microneedling with Stem Cells + Facial is $699. Includes numbing, exosome-rich serums, and a soothing facial. Recommended in a series of 3–6 sessions. Book microneedling.
How long is microneedling downtime?
Most clients see mild pinkness for 24–48 hours. Aftercare instructions are provided for smooth recovery and glow.
What is Ultraformer MPT and how much does it cost?
Ultraformer MPT is next-gen HIFU for lifting and tightening without downtime. Pricing: $899 per area, $1,699 full face. See Ultraformer details.
When will I see Ultraformer results?
Results improve progressively over 6–12 weeks, with peak collagen remodeling at around 3 months.
Post-Surgery Lymphatic Care
Do you provide post-surgery lymphatic drainage massage?
Yes. Our certified therapists follow surgeon-approved protocols to reduce swelling and fluid buildup after liposuction, BBL, tummy tuck, or breast augmentation.
How soon after surgery can I start?
Depends on your surgeon and procedure. Many start within the first week, others later. Bring your post-op instructions for personalization.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Lux gift cards. Split payments available for select services.

Yes. We offer physical and e-gift cards, plus curated packages for facials, lymphatic drainage, and couples experiences.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
Is tipping customary?
Gratuities are appreciated but never required. You can tip by card or cash at checkout.
Do you treat during pregnancy?
We provide pregnancy-safe facials and prenatal-appropriate lymphatic massage after the first trimester. Always consult your physician first.

Can I pair services on the same day?
