What are your hours, and can SLS LUX hotel guests request appointments outside regular hours?
Our regular hours of operation are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, hotel guests at SLS LUX Brickell may request an earlier or later appointment at their convenience — simply communicate your preference at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In-room massage service is also available exclusively for hotel guests. Please note that advance notice is required to arrange in-room treatments, so we kindly ask that you plan ahead when making your request.
Do you offer any specials exclusively for SLS LUX Brickell hotel guests?
Yes. Every Monday and Tuesday, SLS LUX Brickell hotel guests receive an exclusive 15% discount on services. This offer applies to the registered hotel guest and one companion, and is available only to guests staying at SLS LUX Brickell — it is not available to the general public.
