Exceptions — Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at info@luxmedspabrickell.com within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving it. Your notification must include:
- Clear photographs of the damaged product(s)
- Pictures of the outer packaging showing the shipping label and visible damage
Upon receipt and review of the evidence, Lux MedSpa Brickell may offer a replacement or refund, at its sole discretion. Customers must report the incident immediately if damage or loss is determined to have been caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). Resolution will be determined after coordination with the delivery company, and Lux MedSpa Brickell reserves the right to approve or deny replacements or refunds based on the shipping carrier’s investigation.

A flat shipping and handling fee of $12.00 is applied per order. Orders of $100.00 or more ship FREE within the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.
