Exceptions:

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at info@luxmedspabrickell.com within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the product. Please include clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging to expedite the process. Depending on the circumstances, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund. Since this is an exception, we will treat case by case, giving you all the assistance to return the merchandise if that is the case or replace it.   • Delivery Fees: A flat fee of $12.00 for shipping and handling will be applied to each product. We currently offer delivery within the United States only.

  • Free Pickup: You may pick up your order free of charge at our central location: 805 South Miami Avenue, 9th Floor, Miami, Florida 33130. Please allow 7 Business days, for your order to be prepared for pickup. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
