What is the LUX Pore Cleansing System?

The LUX Pore Cleansing System is a handheld facial device with a silicone cleansing surface, warm and cool modes, and red and blue LED settings. It complements your at-home routine. Review the product page and follow the device's instructions and safety guidance.

How much is shipping? Is there a free option?

Standard U.S. shipping is $8 per physical item for orders with a merchandise subtotal below $100. There is no additional per-order shipping fee. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more receive free standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations automatically. No code needed. Checkout confirms eligibility and the final charge.

We ship to supported addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available options.

When should I expect my delivery?

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after your order has been processed and confirmed for shipping. This estimate does not include processing time. Carrier delays, weather, and product availability may affect timing.

Can I pick up my order for free?

Yes. Choose Store Pickup at checkout when available for your items. Pickup is complimentary at LUX MedSpa Brickell, 805 South Miami Avenue, 9th Floor, Miami, FL 33130, inside SLS LUX Hotel. Please wait for your order-ready email before coming to collect your purchase.

When is sales tax calculated?

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery or pickup location. Your order total, including any shipping charges and applicable tax, is shown before you place your order.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Skincare products, cosmetics, and facial devices are final sale once shipped or collected. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or product selection, whether an item is unopened, opened, or used. This final-sale policy does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders. It does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

What if my order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered?

For delivery damage, email info@luxmedspabrickell.com within 7 calendar days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product and packaging, including the shipping label when available. For defective products, incorrect items, or undelivered orders, contact the same email promptly with your order number and relevant details. Include photographs where applicable. Please retain the merchandise and packaging while we review your claim. We will investigate with the carrier when appropriate.

How quickly will you respond to an order issue?

We will respond by email within 48 hours after receiving your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or documents where applicable.

How are confirmed issues resolved, and who pays for return shipping?

For a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered order, LUX MedSpa Brickell will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Please do not return merchandise before receiving our instructions.
