Exceptions:

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@luxmedspabrickell.com within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the product. To expedite the process, please include clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Since this is an exception we will treat case by case, giving you all the assistance to return the merchandise if is the case or replace it. We will be sending emails confirming all the steps, and giving you the ETA. Etc

  • Delivery Fees: A flat fee of $12.00 will be applied to each product for shipping and handling. We currently offer delivery within the United States only.

  • Free Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order free of charge at our central location: 805 South Miami Avenue, 9th Floor, Miami, Florida 33130. Please allow 7 Business Days for your order to be prepared for pickup. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
